DO NOT Let children run or approach any dog that is not your own.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for children at all times.
Please turn any music and volume down to exceptionally low after 10pm.
Please recycle if possible.
DO NOT let children play in the wash facilities.
Only burn wood you have brought yourself or purchased from us.
Only use fire pits for fires and use a slab provided to protect the grass.
You MUST always have a bucket of water at your pitch, all fires and BBQ’s must be extinguished before you go to bed.
You MUST stick to the 5MPH speed limit on all tracks on the property.
DO NOT climb on any Dog play equipment e.g. Tyres, Tunnels, Sandpit. DO NOT let children climb on any dog play equipment.
Dog Owners MUST clean up all mess left by their dogs – dog poo, chewed toys, poo bags, please put these in the bins provided.
All dogs must be kept on leads whilst on the property of South Littleton, off lead areas include: Private secure garden pitch, secure one acre dog park, secure dog play area & the secure training areas.
Please keep to paths and DO NOT make new paths between pitches.
DO NOT go into the farmyard – this is private.
DO NOT allow children near any farm equipment/machinery whether it is stationary or in use.
Please leave your pitch, toilets and showers as you would wish to find them.
We do not allow visitors on site.
Please take all of the equipment that you bring home, including any damaged equipment.
GG & Belle’s knows that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used. We will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here, and in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law.

Name, DOB, Gender, Address, Email address, Telephone number, Business Name, Job Title, Profession, Information about your preferences and Interests, IP Address, A list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on our website.
How do you use my personal Data?
Under GDPR we must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. This may be because the data is necessary for our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your personal data, or because it is in our legitimate business interests to use it. Supplying our services to you. Your personal details are required in order for us to enter into a contract with you.

GG & Belle’s will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purposes, subject to one exception.

To use our features and functions available on site you may be required to submit or allow for the collection of certain data.
How can I access my personal data?
If you want to know what data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it. This is known as a subject access request.
All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email or postal address. If you make repetitive requests a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding. We will respond within one calendar month. We aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, more time may be required to a maximum of 3 months from the date we received your request. You will be kept informed of our progress.

After you book and the deposit/balance has been paid you will receive a receipt confirming payment. If a booking has not been paid in full by the due date issued will be cancelled and all money already paid forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable. Please bring your booking receipt at check in.
GG & Belle’s reserves the right to terminate or decline the booking of any guest(s) whose party make up or behaviour interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. In this event no refunds will be made.
Parents or guardians are always the responsibility of their parents or guardians. It is extremely important you know where your children are, always, Children should be supervised at all times throughout your stay here.
Amending your holiday
Changing your holiday during your stay
We cannot accept responsibility or compensation for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: natural disasters, bad weather, fire, technical problems.
Amending your booking
If you wish to change some elements of the holiday after you haver placed your booking, GG &* Belle’s will try and meet your request however do not guarantee this will be possible. If you have to cancel your booking due to illness, accident or change in circumstances, we cannot guarantee a full refund however we will try to come to an arrangement. If you fail to arrive for your booking without a satisfactory explanation or written cancellation will not be entitled to a transfer of stay.
Major alterations to your booking
We try very hard to provide all facilities as advertised on our website. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. If any change is necessary, we will advise you in writing as soon as possible.
If we cancel your booking
We aim not to change any dates or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change is necessary, we will inform you in writing as soon as possible. If this happens you can: cancel your holiday with a full refund, accept the alternative arrangements or choose another available break from us at the advertised price.
Rules & Regulations
The person completing the booking is responsible for the conduct of their party, it is your responsibility to read the rules and regulations and abide by the rules. Not reading the rules is not an excuse, it is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms & conditions of booking.
Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking without refund. GG & Belle’s reserves the right to ban individuals from future use of the site.
Anyone causing damage to any buildings, property or equipment of GG & Belle’s or South Littleton as a whole faces immediate eviction and prosecution. The person who made the booking will be responsible for and charged for any damage/loss caused by themselves or their visitors to the pitch or to any site facility or other residents property. Your personal belongings, vehicles, vans and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. GG & Belle’s campsite or staff will not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of any property or injury, accident r mishap to any person or dog on the site. Customers must ensure that their property is secured and fully insured for any unforeseen eventuality.
Any information taken if required for the purposes of processing your booking. GG & Belle’s may process your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information for the marketed purposes detailed, please let us know.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Last Minute bookings – Please call with enquiries, payment must be made in full before arrival.
We reserve the right to turn away anyone who has not booked prior to arrival.
Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to arrival will be fully refunded
Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival are subject to no refund.
