Secure Dog Park

T&C's and Park Rules

Booking Terms & Conditions

​

You can book online via facebook message, through our website booking system and wix app, via email. You can also book over the phone or txt message.

Payment methods are via paypal, credit or debit card (via website) or in cash in advance.

If you have booked for private use, you will have exclusive use of the park. If you have booked a sociable slot you will be sharing the park with other sociable dogs so please remember to watch your dog(s) at all times, the maximum number of dogs allowed in the park at any given time is 10 dogs.

There is parking for up to 5 cars, extra parking can be made available on sociable slots and group bookings.

You can book up to 5 weeks ahead. If you want to book further ahead, I can book it for you on request.

Block bookings are available & businesses are welcome to book – please phone, email or facebook message to enquire, this cannot be done online.

Please inform me if you give your appointment to somebody else, I will need a contact number.

If you decide to cut your appointment short or do not turn up without informing me you will still be charged for the full session booked.

Park Rules

​

No climbing on the fence, gate or hedge.

Do not let your dog dig on the premises, please inform me if this happens.

Please pack up your toys etc before your session is over.

Do not leave your dog unattended.

No more than 10 dogs in the park at one time.

If your dog has been ill (sickness, diarrhoea etc.) within the past 48 hours before your appointment, please reschedule your appointment. Please let me know if your dog is poorly whilst using the park or shows signs when you return home.

Only dogs that know and socialise well with each other are allowed in the park at the same time. Unless professional training, dog walkers or sociable play sessions. All owners use the park at their own risk and are asked to keep a close eye on their dogs.

Please inform me if you give your appointment to somebody else.

It is the responsibility of those using the field to book a slot which allows enough time to unload their animals, use the field and get them back into their vehicles afterwards within their time slot.

Users must inspect the park to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), fence height, proximity to farm animals etc.

It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is locked from the inside whilst they are in the park. The Silver lock is used and set to 0000.

Dogs must be back in the car before the end of their session.

When not in the secure area Dogs MUST be kept on lead at all times.

Please keep your dogs in your vehicle until previous users have loaded their dogs back into their vehicle. The only exception to this rule will be if the previous customers have gone over their allocated time.

Code of Ethics – Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed.

Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.

The hirer must use the poo bags supplied and remove ALL dogs poop after their dogs and dispose via the waste bin provided.

No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to other users and their dogs.

Cancellation Policy – If the user arrives late, the booking time cannot be extended. 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. Refunds can only be given for cancelled bookings if that space is filled by another client.

User Information

Please wear appropriate footwear.

If the previous customer goes over their allocated time please inform me.

In season bitches are welcome (excluding sociable sessions).

GG & Belle’s has the right to cancel any booking at any time (i.e. unsafe weather conditions) Payment refunds will be issued but travel costs will not be reimbursed.

GG & Belle’s has the right to refuse entry or evict customers from the premises if activities are deemed to be unreasonable.

You will still be charged in full if you are late or do not turn up for your slot.

Anyone remaining over their time slot in the field will need to pay for the extra slot and be discouraged from re-booking if repeat offender.

Please keep your dogs in your vehicle until previous users have loaded their dogs back into their vehicle. The only exception to this rule will be if the previous customers have gone over their allocated time.

Code of Ethics – Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed.

Professional dog walkers will be allowed by prior arrangement. No sub letting of the park is allowed. Anyone hiring it on a professional basis can do so with managements permission.

Any owners who cannot get their dog back at the end of their session must notify Georgia Garside. Any additional sessions used must be paid for.

Maintenance – The hirer must use the poo bags supplied and remove ALL dogs poop after their dogs and dispose via the waste bin provided.

We inspect the park daily to maintain security but please notify Georgia is you have any concerns.

During winter the field may be muddy and waterproof boots are advised.

Children – Children are welcome in the field but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The field is appointment only and you have exclusive use of the field.

If you arrived late to your appointment, you must still leave after your appointment slot is finished. Please contact me if you do arrive late and I can let you know if anybody is after you and extend the appointment if I can.

Once the field is vacated you can drive to the gate, swing the gate open. Drive into the field and close the gate or park in the car park.

The car area has 6ft fencing so once the gate is closed and you can let your dogs off the lead.

If anybody comes through the silver gate while you are using the field please call me immediately on 07535683051, as people need to wait outside. This will not happen if you lock the gate when you are using the park.

There is fresh water in the water container and a watering can to wash down any loose poo.

The field has 6ft fences. However, if your dog is able to jump high fences the field will not be totally secure.

Disclaimer

Use the field at your own risk, your dog’s behaviour is the users responsibility

Keeping with the law regarding responsible dog ownership, you are completely responsible for you and your dog’s safety and welfare whilst on the property and surrounding property. You should be in control of your dog at all times. GG & Belle’s therefore will accept no liability for loss, injury or death.

No responsibility will be taken by the landowner/s or organisers for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.

All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners’ risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by GG & Belle’s.

Any breakages or damage to the park will be paid for by the dog owner.

Entering/Leaving the Park – It is the responsibility of those using the field to book a slot which allows enough time to unload their animals, use the field and get them back into their vehicles afterwards within their time slot. This slot is not just for the use of the park.

Users must inspect the park to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), fence height, proximity to farm animals etc.

The equipment is for canine use only. We do not take any responsibility for any human injury caused by them using any equipment.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

GG & Belles’s is committed to ensuring that your privacy is prohibited. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using the website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. GG & Belle’s may update the terms and conditions and privacy policy – please check occasionally to make sure you are happy with any changes. We may collect the following information: name, contact information including email, address & phone number, information regarding your dog.

What we do with the information we gather – we require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: Internal record keeping, We may use the information to improve our products & services, we will not release your details to third parties.

The new GDPR data protection law came into effect on May 25th 2018. All the data you provide to GG & Belle’s too use the Dog Park is given by your consent and is of legitimate interest so you can receive entry codes and access to any free slots or toys. It is also vital to have two contact details so we can reach you in an emergency, such as a field closure or sudden code change. Your information is never shared or used in GG & Belle’s marketing without your written consent. All details are password and fingerprint protected and only Georgia Garside has access while manning the phone and completing administration work. To check what information we hold you can contact (Georgia Garside) on 07756995745. Contents of any texts and emails are kept keeping track of your purchase history. You can request this information or deletion at any time by contacting Georgia Garside. We do not hold any financial information, only email address, Name and phone number. You can request deletion of the account if you do not want these details to be held, but they are vital for you to be able to use the field. Any deletion requests will be completed with 28 days.
